Amy Winehouse and her soon-to-be ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil have had a tumultuous year, to say the least. Amy and Blake, who’ve only been married for seventeen months, will soon be calling it quits after a year that’s been riddled with drugs and jail time. The “Rehab” and “You Know I’m No Good” Grammy award-winning singer has finally said that she’s had enough.

Ever since Amy and Blake got married last year, they’ve had to go through more than what an average couple goes through in the same span of time. Amy (who announced that she’ll be filing for divorce soon) has admitted that, “It’s over. There’s no way back for us now. It was never going to last. We were only together for sex. I fancied him like mad, like no one else I’ve ever known. But it’s not enough, is it?” Someone close to Amy has even said that, “It’s a watershed for Amy. She’s been up and down for weeks but finally accepts the reality. She still loves Blake on many levels but she sees there’s no future.”

Blake Fielder-Civil, a former prison inmate, recently admitted in an interview that, “I dragged Amy into it, and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road. I ruined something beautiful.” He said that, in order for Amy to recover, he would have to separate from her. He added, “Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love. I have had to live with that for the past year that I have been in prison and I have got so much remorse.” Blake finally said, “If it wasn’t for drugs, me and Amy would be so happy. Just without that in our lives—without crack and without heroin—Amy would be making beautiful music.”

Unfortunately for Blake, who’s recently been released from prison, he might soon be heading back for some more jail time. It started when Blake had, from his rehab facility, to visit Amy in the hospital, and he “… turned up in hospital and hell broke loose.  He was asking Amy to forgive him.” His lawyer just announced that, “I can confirm he has been recalled.  The position on recall is that you then serve the remainder of the sentence.”
